Child Safety Standards (CSAE)
Last updated:
Vecinos+ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). The following standards apply to all users, content, and behaviors on our platform.
Prohibited Content and Conduct
- Any sexual content involving minors, including images, videos, text, links, or drawings.
- Sexual grooming, solicitation of minors, sexualization of minors, or attempts to obtain sexual content.
- Sharing or linking to sites, groups, or files that host or distribute CSAE material.
Reporting and Enforcement
- Users can report content or behavior from within the app (report options on items/threads) or via email: safety@techcroud.com.
- We promptly review reports, remove violating content, and suspend or terminate involved accounts.
- We preserve relevant data and cooperate with law enforcement and child protection authorities as required by law.
Age and Protection
- Vecinos+ is intended for users aged 13+ (or higher where local law requires). Accounts suspected to be operated by or targeting minors inappropriately may be restricted or removed.
- We discourage sharing personal contact details publicly. Users should use in‑app tools and privacy controls.
Moderation and Prevention
- We apply a combination of user reports, automated signals, and manual review to detect and address CSAE risks.
- We may restrict features for newly created or repeatedly reported accounts.
- We maintain staff escalation paths for urgent safety issues.
How to Report
Use in‑app “Report” options where available, or email us at safety@techcroud.com with links, screenshots, and a description. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first.
